This Compliance & Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) defines the rules, responsibilities, and restrictions governing the use of UnifiedBridge services, including Virtual Numbers, SIP Trunking, Cloud PBX, P2P Messaging, Wholesale VoIP, and related APIs.
No fraud, phishing, or identity theft. No abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content. No promotion of violence or hate.
No unsolicited bulk messaging or spam. No outbound A2P SMS campaigns. No caller ID spoofing or misrepresentation.
No bypassing billing or usage controls. No interference with UnifiedBridge infrastructure. No abuse of automated scripts or bots.
No infringement of intellectual property rights. No unauthorized use of UnifiedBridge branding.
Must comply with local numbering regulations. May not be resold without approval. Inbound voice and P2P SMS only.
Emergency calling must meet local requirements. Carrier-grade standards must be maintained.
API credentials must remain confidential. Unauthorized access will result in termination.
UnifiedBridge reserves the right to monitor usage and enforce this Policy. Violations may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to authorities.
